About the Role

Bus Drivers Wanted! Effective 2025-26 school year. Applicants with a valid Tennessee Commercial Driver's License (CDL),

Class B (P & S endorsements) are preferred. Training and certification classes are offered for those seeking a CDL. For

questions related to the training process, driver assignments, etc., please contact Sean at the Transportation

department, (615) 443-2622. Pay will be determined by experience and placement on Grade 11 of the Hourly Classified

Salary Schedule. Starting rate of pay will be no less than $22.38 per hour. Only complete applications will be processed
