formwork and structural elements under the supervision of experienced carpenters and foremen. The apprentice assists
with measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing formwork and reinforcing systems for concrete structures. This role
offers hands-on training in the concrete construction trade and the opportunity to grow into a skilled journeyman
