About the Role

Work associated with this position involves driving a tractor-trailer rig over generally established routes to deliver

merchandise to the stores and customers of the Food City Distribution Center. Work also involves aiding with the loading

and unloading of product(s), preparation of paperwork and preparing the rig for delivery. The Truck Driver must perform

all tasks in a safe manner consistent with the corporate policies and state and federal laws.Pay Rate: $25.23 to $28.23

(based on years of driving experience)Essential Job Functions:Performs pre-trip inspection of equipment: checking for

fluid leaks, damage to tires, service brakes (including trailer brake connections), all lights and trailer electrical
