Concrete Batch Plant Loader Operator

About the Role

Description At Hi-Way Paving, we are general contractors in the construction field that specialize in significant

amounts of concrete paving, storm drainage, and excavation on highways and airfields. We are currently looking for

skilled Batch Plant Loader Operators to join our team. In this role, you'll operate front-end loaders and other

machinery at our concrete batch plant, contributing to the success of our concrete paving operations. This position

would primarily be located at our project in Nashville, TN, but may require travel to other job sites such as Charlotte,

NC, and other future site locations TBD. What You'll Do Operate front-end loader to load aggregate into batch plant
