About the Role
POSITION SUMMARY: The Cook is under the supervision of the Kitchen Supervisor. The Cook is responsible for preparing
meals for the clients. The Cook will ensure that quality dishes and served on schedule. The Cook is responsible for
follow directed meal plan set forth by the Kitchen Supervisor. Essential Duties: Follow all Board of Health requirements
and state guidelines Remain in compliance as a Certified Food Handler Follow nutrition requirements and portion sizes
Responsible for preparing bag lunches, preparing dinners and snack items Ensure that breakfast items are stocked and
prepared Ensure that food temperatures meet requirements, document in log book Ensure that water coolers are sanitized
