About the Role
Security Dispatcher The Security Dispatcher acts as the central communications contact for the shift
officers/supervisors and for the community at large as it pertains to security-related matters. The Dispatcher must be
able to multitask by coordinating radio communications, receiving incoming departmental telephone calls on three lines,
monitoring alarm system displays, and disseminating information to the appropriate persons. The Dispatcher must possess
excellent customer service skills. Daily Operations Keep a detailed log of all incidents; date, time and other pertinent
information. Download daily information pertaining to crime log and timely warnings. The information will be provided
