About the Role

Independent Contractor Settlement Processor Work Schedule Comments: Monday through Friday - Generally 8am-5pm Position

Overview: Process weekly Independent Contractor (IC) Settlements. This position also requires and maintains a high level

of customer service for both internal and external sources. Essential Job Functions: Process settlements using drayage,

fuel purchases, recurring chargebacks and necessary adjustments. Utilize and update various software applications to

maintain and generate IC settlements. Review and validate account balances for accuracy and inclusion in settlements

where required. Set-up and maintain escrow accounts and related recurring IC chargebacks. Process Region-provided
