Summary The Welder I is an entry- to mid-level role responsible for performing stick welding on steel components and
rebar assemblies in FABco's fabrication shop. Welders I work under close supervision to gain proficiency in stick
welding techniques, while also developing basic skills in MIG welding and shop safety. The goal of this role is to build
a foundation that will allow advancement to Welder II. Key Responsibilities Perform Stick (tack) welding on steel parts,
