About the Role

Classification Non-exempt, hourly Reports to Maintenance Manager Summary/Objective The groundskeeper is responsible for

ensuring the exterior of local commercial, retail, and industrial properties are clean and well maintained. This

position also assists with demolition work in various buildings. Essential Functions 1. Moves cabinets, boxes,

furniture, crates and equipment to clean areas. Removes stains from such surfaces as rugs, drapes, walls, and floors

using chemicals and cleaning solutions as needed. 2. Sweeps, walks, rakes leaves, cuts grass, removes snow or performs

other incidental seasonal tasks as needed. 3. Participates in routine maintenance of properties; picks up and properly
