About the Role

Job Title Painter Job Description As the Painter, the incumbent's duties include, but are not limited to: Apply paint to

equipment, furniture, walls, doors, and windows, ceiling, etc. throughout the medical center. Apply surface coatings

using acceptable trade devices such as those designed to give special effects, for example: brushes, rollers, spray guns

and graining devices. Determine the methods, techniques, devices, and materials that are best suited to the surface

finish required. Prepare surfaces by methods such as smoothing with pumice and rottenstone, filling, shaping, and

leveling with metal and synthetic resins, and mixing and applying pre-coating agents such as pickling and alkali
