About the Role

A Room Attendant/Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining clean, sanitary, comfortable, and attractive guest rooms and

public areas within the hotel. This role ensures guests have a positive experience by providing high standards of

cleanliness, organization, and customer service. Responsibilities * Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel

standards * Change bed linens and replace towels and toiletries * Vacuum carpets, sweep, mop, and dust furniture and

surfaces * Clean bathrooms, mirrors, windows, and fixtures * Restock guest room supplies and amenities * Report

maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to management * Ensure all rooms are prepared and inspected before guest
