About the Role

Injection Mold Machine Operator - 2nd Shift Injection Mold Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating,

and monitoring injection molding machines to ensure efficient and safe production. Duties include inspecting parts to

specifications, making adjustments or tool changes as needed, and resolving minor component or quality issues to

maintain consistent product standards. Operates machines to ensure continuous production at a constant rate of the

correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials throughout the entire shift and performing

basic adjustments to ensure safe and efficient production of products. Perform in-process inspections of parts
