About the Role

Nesco Resource - - Responsibilities: Prepare raw meat for processing by trimming, slicing, seasoning, and marinating

according to company recipes and procedures; Load and unload products into smokers, dehydrators, and other processing

equipment; Monitor production lines to ensure consistent product quality and food safety compliance; Package, label, and

inspect finished products for accuracy and quality; Clean and sanitize production equipment, workstations, utensils, and

processing areas following established sanitation procedures
