About the Role

SUMMARY The Groundskeeper performs work in the general landscaping and ground maintenance of apartment buildings and

building fixtures. The incumbent works as a member of a maintenance crew and performs a variety of skilled tasks in

general landscaping. All activities must support Knoxville's Community Development Corporation ("KCDC" or "Authority")
