About the Role
SUMMARY: A Maintenance Technician is part of the Maintenance Department for Wilderness at the Smokies. The job of a
Maintenance Technician is to maintain all facilities for all Wilderness at the Smokies properties in a professional
matter. Wilderness at the Smokies properties include but are not limited to River Lodge, Stone Hill Lodge, Villas,
Offsite Laundry, Employee Housing and Soaky Mountain Waterpark. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This list of
duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as
