About the Role

Maintenance Technician II (Gospel Gardens) WinnCompanies is looking for a Maintenance Technician II to join our team at

Gospel Gardens, a 200-unit property located in Memphis, TN. In this role, you will perform maintenance functions in the

community, including rental units, residential common areas, office, grounds and parking lots. Monday through Friday

with a mandatory rotational on-call schedule. Diagnose and make repairs in such areas as, but not limited to,

appliances, carpentry, hardware accessories, masonry, painting, and basic electrical, plumbing and HVAC. Perform

maintenance service orders associated with the preventive maintenance program, building and safety inspection and annual
