About the Role
Elwood Staffing - 1601 East Andrew Johnson Highway - Responsibilities: Operate and monitor production line equipment,
including machinery for mixing, portioning, baking, and packaging cookie products; Strictly adhere to all food safety
regulations and quality assurance standards to maintain consistent product quality and compliance; Inspect products for
any defects or deviations from quality specifications, taking corrective action as necessary; Maintain a clean,
organized, and safe work environment in accordance with sanitation guidelines; Assist with the setup and changeovers of
production lines between product runs, and perform basic troubleshooting of equipment to minimize downtime
