About the Role

Part-Time Position: Van Operator for Hamilton County Recovery Court Program Employees in this position observe the drug

screening process for male individuals. Hamilton County follows the Federal Workplace Drug Testing Guidelines. Section

8.1(b) of the Federal Workplace Drug Testing Guidelines requires that the gender of the observer match the donor's

gender and the gender of the monitor matches the donor's gender unless the monitor is a medical professional as

described in Section 8.12. Based on federal guidelines, only applicants of the male gender will be considered for this

position. Under general supervision, operates a twelve (12) to fifteen (15) person passenger van, in addition to other
