About the Role

SUMMARY OF POSITION The Groundskeeper supports the daily operational needs of ALCO Management by maintaining the

cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of assigned properties. This role is responsible for the upkeep of exterior

grounds and common areas, assisting the Maintenance team with general tasks, and ensuring the community environment

remains clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors. The position requires attention to detail, reliability,
