About the Role

Lot Porter Position The lot porter position has a key role to the service and sales department's efficiency. The

responsibilities of the role are the following: Greet customers when in proximity. If service writers are busy,

pleasantly engage the customer and assist as needed until a Service Advisor is available. Responsible for moving service

department bikes in and out of service bays every day. Responsible for overall general housekeeping in all

service-related interior and exterior spaces. Assisting technicians as directed by the Service Manager. Responsible for

product cleanliness; wipe or wash (if needed) service vehicles before delivering to customers. Ability to assist in
