About the Role

Structural Steel Fabricator & Fitter Location: Arlington, TN Pay Rate: Starting at $21/hour, depending on experience

Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday – Friday | 4:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Some Saturday overtime may be required) A growing

manufacturing and fabrication operation is seeking a skilled Structural Steel Fabricator & Fitter to support production

activities in a fast‑paced shop environment. This role is responsible for assembling and fitting structural steel

components using fabrication drawings, layout tools, and industry‑standard fabrication techniques. The ideal candidate

will have hands‑on experience working with structural steel assemblies, reading shop drawings, and preparing materials
