About the Role

Job Title: Tire Builder FLSA Status: Hourly Grade: 11.5 Job Purpose Statement: The primary function of this position is

to assemble a tire according to the assigned specifications. Summary of Responsibility • Read and understand building

specifications, quality standards, work assignments, basic measuring tools • Mechanical aptitude to use basic hand tools

and operate machinery • Interface with equipment HMI / PLC, and handheld scanning equipment • Meet minimum efficiency

and quality requirements • Understand when adjustments are needed on any equipment to meet tolerances required • Ensure

materials meet all specifications and are loaded properly for use • Follow procedures to ensure accurate inventory
