About the Role
The Expedited Experienced Driver Recruiter performs a critical role in growing Covenant Transport Services’ driving
fleet of safe, service-oriented, driving professionals. Pre-screen incoming driver candidate applications. ~ Conduct
phone interview with applicants to pre-qualify applicants. ~ Run various reports required to qualify drivers. ~Enter
qualified leads into applicant data base, and ensures all verification information needed is accurately and thoroughly
entered and/or provided. ~ Follow up with applicants to advise them of the progress of their application. ~
Independently manage time and resources to meet specified performance standards for the assigned geography and/or
