About the Role

As a Driver Recruiter Coordinator at Jones Logistics, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and success

of our transportation operations. We are seeking an energetic, results-driven professional who enjoys building

relationships, communicating with people, and helping attract top driving talent to our organization. The Driver

Recruiter is responsible for recruiting qualified company drivers while maintaining a strong and consistent candidate

pipeline to support hiring needs across the business. This role partners closely with Operations, Safety, and Human

Resources throughout the recruiting, qualification, and onboarding process to ensure a positive and efficient driver
