responsible for diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining plumbing, irrigation systems, water and gas piping,

fire suppression systems, mechanical systems, wastewater treatment systems, and motorized drive assemblies. Other

responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance inspections on mechanical equipment to be in compliance
